Our Client is Distributor of technology products, services, and solutions for electronic system design, maintenance, and repair across Asia Pacific.

Identifies opportunities for business expansion in support of the customer sales strategy. Develops and maintains the business relationship by providing solutions for defined account(s) in a product line, to achieve the identified strategy and business financial objectives.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for brand product, technology solutions and/or offerings for assigned customers.
  • Responsible for the execution of the strategic customer growth plans and business relationships in assigned account(s) by providing value added solutions.
  • Identifies and creates opportunity demand for products, coordinating the supporting seminars, training and resource awareness to assigned customers, and that drives growth plan success in the targeted accounts.
  • Performs analysis and reports results of various program impact for identified customer(s) notifying the account manager of success, issues and future growth plan strategies.
  • Maintains and drives trending knowledge of products, competitors, technology and customers in the assigned supplier product market.
  • Identifies and maintains field supplier relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Level Specifications:

  • General awareness of business, financials, products/services and the market. Developing basic knowledge of the industry and sales environment
  • Works within an assigned territory/account, product/services or sales process with limited complexity; typically assigned accounts/opportunities with limited size. Follows existing procedures and established sales processes to sell standard products/services.
  • Relies on manager to provide planning & manage resources. Has limited authority/ opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms.
  • Collaborates with internal team and support functions. Has limited direct contact with clients; may work independently or partner with other sales professionals
  • Works within an assigned area or account base on small to moderately-sized accounts/opportunities with limited complexity.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum experience required is typically less than 2 years with bachelor’s or equivalent.

Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

They are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company’s brand and services. In this role, you will
be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department’s budget and staff, as well as preparing
forecasts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop marketing strategies and tactics (Multi Marketing Channels) to position the company in the market
• Media Relations & Public Relations (Advertorial, PR Press release)
• Monitor the monthly, quarterly, and annually marketing budget and allocate funds effectively
• Overall revenue and EBITDA targets
• Must be driven to deliver best-of-class service quality and guest experience to create memorable moments for

• Managing budgets, optimizing marketing cost on Digital channels; Managing and implementing marketing
plans on google, Facebook, ability to setup and run Facebook Ads, etc.
• Making report, measuring, and evaluating KPI effectiveness of Digital Marketing channels.
• Other tasks as requested by Business Operations Director and General Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
• A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• At least three years’ experience as a marketing manager.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, cinema is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Good communication skills both written and oral, presentation and negotiation skill in Vietnamese and English
• The ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel.

JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER ( Full-time Remote)

The Role

  • Manage the end to end requirements of a client’s brief which includes creative, Digital PR and Social media projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams to respond to clients’ briefs such as writing reverse briefs and organizing the brainstorming sessions with relevant stakeholders including the strategy and creative teams to map out the best approach and proposal to be presented and submitted to clients
  • Be one of the key persons (together with Account Director) to manage the completion and presentation of the proposed concept to clients.
  • End to end project management
  • Preparation of the  project cost estimation and resource planning
  • Manage daily communication with clients and team to meet expectations
  • Ensure clients satisfaction and strengthen relationships for business growth

Key Qualities We Look For

  • More than 3 years of experience  in creative, advertising and/or digital agencies and a minimum of 1 year experience as the junior account Manager or 2 year experience as the senior account executive. 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
  • Excellent at building relationships and client management
  • Passionate about expanding new sources of business relationships and meeting new prospective clients
  • Be proactive in managing and understanding clients requirements as well as managing expectations with the internal teams
  • Experienced with developing a high quality proposal for clients, cost effective cost estimates & leading various third parties and partners
  • Good project management skill
