Job Description:
- Working with BOD to build the company’s internal system.
- Building an internal culture for the company based on the vision of the BOD and in accordance with the Core Values, Vision and Mission of the company.
- Work with the BOD / Heads of Department to coordinate in building additional working processes, tools/systems to evaluate capacity of staff and performance of each department.
- Propose a suitable organizational structure to the business characteristics, size and culture of the Company.
- Responsible for giving the overall HR plan and strategy for the Company (both short term and long term).
- Building recruitment brand, policies to attract and retain talents for the company and increase the Company’s competitiveness in the market.
- Develop recruitment plan and implement recruitment process and initial training according to the needs of departments and branches across the country.
- Consulting, designing competitive and sustainable welfare programs for the Company.
- Support managers in developing training programs to help employees explore their maximum capacity.
- Other tasks specializing in human resources – administration
Requirements:
- University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration or related.
- Deep understanding of Human Resource Management, salary, labor law.
- Understanding of retail and e-commerce industry.
- Experience in implementing short and long-term HR strategies and plans (HR strategy, Training plan, Policy – Regulation in the enterprise).
- Having the advantage of recruitment network.
- Understand and maintain corporate culture, be patient and listen and understand.
- Being sharp in grasping business trends to recruit new employees.
