The Role

Manage the end to end requirements of a client’s brief which includes creative, Digital PR and Social media projects
Coordinate with internal teams to respond to clients’ briefs such as writing reverse briefs and organizing the brainstorming sessions with relevant stakeholders including the strategy and creative teams to map out the best approach and proposal to be presented and submitted to clients
Be one of the key persons (together with Account Director) to manage the completion and presentation of the proposed concept to clients.
End to end project management
Preparation of the project cost estimation and resource planning
Manage daily communication with clients and team to meet expectations
Ensure clients satisfaction and strengthen relationships for business growth
Present company to prospective clients to develop a healthy pipeline
Continuously acquire market insights, trends and information to be expert in the job and industry

Key Qualities We Look For

More than 3 years of experience in creative, advertising and/or digital agencies and a minimum of 1 year experience as the junior account Manager or 2 year experience as the senior account executive.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
Excellent at building relationships and client management
Passionate about expanding new sources of business relationships and meeting new prospective clients
Be proactive in managing and understanding clients requirements as well as managing expectations with the internal teams
Experienced with developing a high quality proposal for clients, cost effective cost estimates & leading various third parties and partners
Good project management skill

Technical Leader

Our Client is a Global Technology Solutions

We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader (NodeJS, MongoDB) in Ho Chi Minh/Danang to develop high-quality software.

You will be responsible for overseeing the technical development process, task coordination, creating and reviewing technical solutions, implementing, and reviewing source code.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the customer, business developer, and project managers to determine functional and non-functional requirements, create solution proposals and work breakdown structures for new software projects.
Collaborate with software architect and team members to create software architecture designs from system level to component/module level.
Collaborate with software architect to define technical aspects of the software development process, from technologies selection, and workflow, to coding standards.
Lead a development team (5+ people) with a result-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
Oversee the code quality of the team and organize design/code reviews.
Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers.
Participate in the new member recruitment process.
Provide insights to and collaborate closely with the Delivery Manager and Project Manager to create a happy and innovative team.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience working on software development projects & 1+ years of experience in technical leader/software architect position.
Solid experience working with NodeJS;
Experience working with React/AngularJS is a big plus;
Knowledge of software architecture design, UML, and/or other modeling methods;
Experience in cloud solution development with AWS or Azure;
Understanding of software quality assurance principles;
Good leadership, communication, and presentation skills;
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related field.
