Country Manager (GM)
Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of a Fintech company in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies that support the company’s growth and expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, retailers, and other partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and partners. Act as the primary point of contact for all communications related to the company’s operations in Vietnam.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that support the company’s growth and expansion in Vietnam. Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and sales programs.
- Oversee all aspects of the company’s HR, operations in Vietnam, compliance, risk management
- Oversee the financial performance of the company in Vietnam.
- Develop and manage budgets, P&L.
- Ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant regulations and laws in Vietnam.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in the fintech or financial services industry
- Experience in building and managing teams, as well as developing and executing strategies that support business growth.
- Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese financial services industry and regulatory environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English language.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business objectives.
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Job Summary:
- CIO will be responsible for leading the technology and information systems strategy and innovation for A Startup- EduTech company in Vietnam.
- Develop and implement the company’s technology and information systems strategy, demonstrating that it aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Provide technical leadership to the IT team, providing that they are aligned with the company’s strategy and goals. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing them with the resources and support they need to be successful. Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and achieve their career goals.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of the company’s products and services
Drive innovation in the company’s products and services, demonstrating they remain at the cutting edge of the industry. - Manage relationships with technology vendors and other third-party providers to ensure the company has access to the latest technology
- Ensure the company’s technology systems are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
Manage the IT budget and ensure that resources are effectively allocated to deliver on the company’s system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CIO, or in a similar senior technical leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge in software development and experience in System, database management, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in EduTech, including e-learning platforms, online education, or educational software is big plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Experience in security and compliance is highly desirable.
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
The SDR will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that support the company’s growth and expansion in Vietnam. The SDR will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and other prospecting activities.
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads and opportunities through inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, events, and other lead generation activities.
- Qualification: Qualify leads and opportunities based on defined criteria, and work with the sales team to prioritize and develop those opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs, pain points, and buying process.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team by providing insights on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Metrics Tracking: Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese renewable energy industry, including key players, trends, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
