Responsibilities
- Lead the Vietnamese Engineers
- Lead several products roadmap: Autonomous driving for slow speed vehicle; RnD Robotics (ADAS + DMS) and other RnD AI Vision product
- Join with head quarter in Japan to define, visualize the technology strategy for both Japan and Vietnam
- Join with marketing and sale team to figure out the potential in expanding revenue into Vietnam market
- Regularly report RnD and project status to CTO
- Technical enhancement and resource development for Engineering Team
- Having more experience Lead RnD Project is preferred
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and preferably can communicate in Japanese
- Have 6+ years of working Experience about Autonomous Robot/ Compute Unified Device Architecture (#Cuda) or Robot
- Working experience on Customer projects and different sensors
- Operating System (#ROS)
- Lead for full product development
- Strong technical skill (Al and related) and management
- Experiences on RnD product side

Responsibility

- Providing advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression
- Following up with clients and candidates until the deal is close
- Build a business network with IT company and IT talents
- Input data for recruitment system and weekly report
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in any fields, open junior to senior
- Passion to become Recruitment Consultant in IT industry
- Good at Internet search skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Hard-working and willing to learn
- High sense of service, and responsibility, having a positive & can-do attitude, and focusing on solutions & results
