Key Account Manager (Modern Trade)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take care of and monitor cosmetic industry customers assigned such as Guardian, Watsons, Sociolla, and Hasaki… in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery to customers, monitor customer payments, and promote debt collection.
  • Develop customer care policies and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Monitor price fluctuations and participate in market surveys, market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Seek and develop relationships with potential customers to expand the market (if applicable).
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head (if applicable).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in related fields such as Economics/Marketing.
  • English or Chinese language proficiency (all 4 skills).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably candidates with experience in the Cosmetics industry.
  • Sales-oriented mindset and passion for selling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn and improve.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH:

Quản lý trải nghiệm khách hàng & chăm sóc khách hàng:

  • Giám sát tiếp đón, tư vấn, giới thiệu sản phẩm/dịch vụ cho khách hàng
  • Đảm bảo hàng hoá phong phú, đa dạng, được trưng bày theo quy định
  • Kiểm tra, giám sát, vận hành, nâng cấp các thiết bị (điều hoà, đèn, hệ thống âm thanh, vệ sinh …), an toàn điện, vật sắc nhọn, an toàn PCCC
  • Quản lý cơ sở vật chất, cơ sở hạ tầng
  • Giải quyết các phàn nàn, khiếu nại của khách hàng

Quản lý nhân sự tại nhà sách:

  • Đề xuất xây dựng định biên nhân sự và nắm bắt thông tin của nhân viên
  • Phối hợp tuyển dụng nhân sự
  • Đào tạo, huấn luyện, training nhân viên
  • Tổ chức và kiểm soát, phân công công việc của nhân viên (điều động, sắp xếp ca làm việc, khu vực làm việc…)
  • Giám sát, đánh giá về việc tuân thủ nội quy, quy định, quy trình làm việc

Quản lý hàng hoá:

  • Giám sát công tác đặt hàng, kiểm hàng
  • Quản lý, trưng bày hàng hoá, cập nhật hàng hoá theo trend
  • Đảm bảo việc bảo quản hàng hoá và kiểm soát hàng tồn

Quản lý các hoạt động Marketing – Truyền thông:

  • Xây dựng và tổ chức thực hiện các chương trình marketing, truyền thông
  • Đề xuất kinh phí đồng thời đo lường, đánh giá kết quả marketing và báo cáo kết quả

Quản lý các hoạt động bán hàng tại nhà sách:

  • Xây dựng các chiến dịch bán hàng mùa vụ;
  • Tổ chức các hoạt động vận hành

Quản lý tài sản:

  • Kiểm kê tài sản định kỳ;
  • Bàn giao, theo dõi, quản lý tình trạng tài sản

YÊU CẦU CHUNG:

Kiến thức :

  • Kiến thức về dịch vụ kinh doanh
  • Hiểu & nắm bắt tâm lý khách hàng

Kỹ năng:

  • Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, Internet
  • Lập kế hoạch, phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, lắng nghe từ đó đưa ra quyết định
  • Kinh nghiệm đào tạo, huấn luyện, điều động, bố trí sắp xếp nhân sự
  • Có sức ảnh hưởng trong việc tạo động lực thúc đẩy
  • Giám sát, kiểm tra, đánh giá

Học vấn:

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học trở lên, ưu tiên chuyên ngành quản trị kinh doanh, quản lý kinh tế, marketing.
  • 4-5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh, ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm quản lý

RESPONSIBITIES:

  • Prepare BIM Coordination Plan
  • Prepare BIM QA/QC Plan
  • Prepare project clash detection matrix
  • Perform clash detection checks and visual walkthrough using NavisWorks Manage

  • Audit and review BIM models at any LOD level
