- Should be able to present Budget to the management with the focus of yoy growth & expansion.
- Responsible for meeting Individual / Team and Branch budgets
- To manage and control operation activities of Branch.
- To manage operational activities of general freight forwarding & consolidation of the branch.
- Building and developing freight forwarding business.
- Participating in Global RFQ’s and Negotiation with Liners to achieve it.
- Conducting training for Beginners (Sales and Operation)
- Provide operational direction to staff.
- Be in charge of finance of the branch.
- Building up cordial relationship with all customers and increase business volumes by deep selling.
- Maintain cordial relation with all vendors and command special rates to improve margin level.
- To gather market intelligence and advise management to expand export consolidation to other promising markets and starting of new branches in Vietnam.
- Candidate to be of Vietnamese origin and should be well versed in English & local language. Any other Asian language will be an added advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline and preferably an MBA.
- Min 10 year’s working experience.
- Must be on a managerial position for minimum 5 years in any previous companies.
- Must have experience in LCL export consolidation especially to India, USA, Europe and any other Asian countries an added advantage.

- Have experience in the construction materials, interior, or wood flooring industries is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, especially when working with strategic partners and major customers.
