Invest Talent JSC is hiring an IT Project Manager cum BA for our client, a new FDI Start-Up company specialized in Mobile Power Bank Rental Service to liaise with project stakeholders (outsourcing development team, and business team). A. Objective This role will conduct a comprehensive assessment of our company’s technology systems, which have been acquired from a third party as a Software as a Service (SaaS). The objective is to ensure that these systems operate stably, securely, and are not adversely affected by the provider. The assessment should also ensure that the systems meet the current and future business needs of our company. B. Scope of Work Website:
  • Assess the performance, security, and scalability of the website provided by the SaaS provider.
  • Review the user-friendliness, SEO optimization, and integration with other systems.
  • Recommend any necessary improvements or discussions with the SaaS provider to optimize performance.
Mobile Applications (iOS & Android):
  • Evaluate the performance, security, and scalability of the mobile applications as provided by the SaaS.
  • Assess user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
  • Check compatibility with the latest operating system versions and performance on various devices.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements or necessary updates, and communicate these with the SaaS provider.
Database Systems:
  • Evaluate the structure, performance, security, and scalability of the database systems managed by the SaaS provider.
  • Review backup and data recovery methods as provided by the SaaS.
  • Recommend improvements or discuss with the SaaS provider to optimize data management.
Security:
  • Conduct a comprehensive security assessment of the entire system, including website, mobile applications, and databases, ensuring that the SaaS provider meets industry security standards.
  • Identify and recommend measures to address existing security vulnerabilities and liaise with the SaaS provider for necessary fixes.
  • Propose security protocols to ensure the safety of user information and company data.
System Integration and Compatibility:
  • Check the integration capabilities between the systems provided by the SaaS (website, mobile applications, databases).
  • Assess the system’s compatibility with external services (such as payment gateways, CRM systems, etc.) and ensure that the SaaS provider supports these integrations.
  • Provide suggestions for improvement and discuss potential issues with the SaaS provider.
C. Reporting Requirements
  • Provide a detailed report of the assessment results, including specific findings and recommendations.
  • Offer specific improvement plans for each identified issue, including discussions or actions required with the SaaS provider.
  • Suggest a long-term strategy to maintain and develop the company’s technology systems under the SaaS model.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and maintenance of key frontend components within our email SaaS platform.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to bridge the gap and facilitate collaboration
  • Implement new features and functionalities aligned with product roadmap and user feedback.
  • Manage and optimize existing platform code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code adhering to best practices.
  • Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a frontend developer with a portfolio of successful projects.
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript and associated libraries like Redux, React Router, etc.
  • Experience with CSS libraries like Tailwind, Atomic, MUI and/or Bootstrap for maintainable styles.
  • Experience with Web Builder Frameworks which helps building HTML templates in sites, newsletters or mobile apps.
  • Expertise in both desktop and mobile responsive coding
  • Understanding of building ‘direct to use’ design assets (examples like stickers, image layovers, interactive HTML components)
  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and a keen eye for design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively within a team.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with WYSIWYG editor integrations and drag-and-drop functionalities.
  • Passion for building exceptional web experiences and understanding of the emailmarketing landscape is a plus.
  • Knowledge of building scalable platform
  • Experience of building ‘direct to use’ design assets with their implementation, development & management

  • Ensure smooth project execution from inception to completion.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as organizing and maintaining project documents, updating the digital database, and assisting with budget management. Basic duties include setting up phone calls, meetings, and site visits.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders regarding project details and deliverables.
  • Travel within Ho Chi Minh City and southern Vietnam to identify land and conduct research for opening a seafood factory.
  • Oversee the management, monitoring, and contracting processes for leasing land to establish the factory.
  • Must have knowledge of government procedures.
Responsibilities Phrase 1:
  • Communicate with real estate agencies and industrial zones in various cities across Vietnam to facilitate the opening of a seafood factory.
  • If the leased land requires a license permit for the seafood factory, communicate with the government or relevant agents.
  • Identify suitable land, check prices, research essential data (such as electricity and water supply), compile all information, and prepare detailed reports for the Managing Director.
  • Consider renting existing factories, discuss terms with owners, and explain business needs and requirements.
Phrase 2:
  • Manage worksites for new construction and remodeling projects, ensuring all activities align with project goals and objectives.
  • Provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors during groundwork to ensure quality standards are met.
