National Sales Representative (LIMS Platform)

Job description

About Our Client is a provider of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solutions in the Medical Laboratory Industry. They are looking for National B2B Sales Representative to expand their business in Vietnam.

Working location: Remote fulltime with travel within Vietnam

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute specific plans to drive revenue growth in the company’s LIMS product portfolio in Vietnam.
  • Identify potential customers and nurture and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective accounts to ensure a strong client base.
  • Handle new account sales by effectively promoting our emerging products and multi-product solutions.
  • Implement proactive competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through consistent and meaningful interactions conducted in person, via telephone, and through email.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and business plans to maximize business opportunities with client accounts, effectively conveying the value of our LIMS solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, background in Sciences or Chemical is preferred.
  • Fluency in English
  • Having 3 years of experience in Sales of enterprise Software/SaaS, especially LIMS solutions in the Medical Laboratory Industry, is highly desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of company’s products, software pricing practices, and selling skills
  • Strong skills in time management, communication, decision-making, human relations, presentation
  • Familiarity with various software applications is plus.

Senior Equity Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Identify, conduct in-depth research and due diligence and monitor public investment opportunities in Southeast Asia and South-Asia, focusing on Vietnam

M&A Analyst

The prospective candidate will provide project management and execution support on complex transactions and prepare presentation materials to communicate key messages to clients and counterparts. Specific duties will include assistance in the preparation of financial models, valuation analysis, marketing documentation and research Vietnam market.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and participate in the execution of cross-border M&A transactions
  • Provide support to senior investment banking professionals to develop marketing leads and ideas to generate new business
  • Define and prepare financial and technical analysis for various M&A engagements covering both public and private companies, including buyside, sellside, corporate carve-outs, and cross-border M&A situations
  • Assist senior bankers in process management.
  • Support negotiations and preparation of key transaction documents including confidentiality agreements, merger agreements, sale leaseback agreements, asset purchase agreements, other ancillary documents, and deal marketing materials
  • Conduct due diligence and assess sellers’ and targets’ business plans, growth prospects and financial performance

Requirements
