Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Summary:

CFO will be responsible for managing the financial operations of One of Top Healthcare Technology Company in Vietnam. You will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including:

Financial Strategy
Financial Planning and Analysis
Accounting and Financial Reporting
Cash Management
Risk Management
Tax Compliance
Investor Relations
Mergers and Acquisitions

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Lead the development of the company’s financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Oversee the company’s accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring that they are accurate and timely.
Manage the company’s cash flow to ensure that it has sufficient liquidity to meet its financial obligations.
Identify and manage financial risks, such as currency fluctuations and credit risk.
Ensure the company complies with all tax laws and regulations.
Manage relationships with investors and analysts, providing them with timely and accurate financial information.
Lead financial due diligence on potential acquisitions and manage post-merger integration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA is plus)
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
Experience in the Healthcare Technology industry is highly desirable.
Proven ability to lead and manage financial teams.
Strong business acumen and ability to align financial strategy with business goals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English language.
Knowledge of Vietnamese tax and regulatory environment.

Senior Fullstack Engineer (.Net, VueJs)

The Senior Software Developer is responsible for developing new system management solutions and
automation tools, supporting service operations, maintaining the existing toolset, supporting the automation
in the production environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software solution architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies
Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.

Requirements

Technical skills:

Fluency or understanding of C# and .NET Core framework.
Familiar with front-end frameworks like VueJs, ReactJs, AngularJs (VueJs is our primary front end development language)
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and latest version of ECMAScript.
Able to write Unit Tests using MSTest.
Experience working with cloud services, in particular Azure cloud.
Working experience with Git.
Exposure in Docker, Kubernetes, microservices will be an added bonus.

Senior Business Analyst (Blockchain)

Job Responsibilities

Work with market participants in the RECs ecosystems to document requirements across the digital asset issuance and distribution value chain
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement digital exchange solutions.
Liaise closely with the developers, QA teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to assist in completing the necessary steps to ensure product development success.
Perform system analysis and make use of UML diagrams to depict system-level relationships and concepts.
Work closely with the Operation teams for the day-to-day administration of the digital trading platform.
Led ongoing reviews of business processes and developed optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

Requirements

Strong domain knowledge of the process of digital exchange.
Exposure and familiarity with stock trading processes in a digital exchange, from how stock tickers are designed, how stock prices are presented, and how to buy/sell orders are fulfilled in real-time.
Good product knowledge across asset classes including equities, FX, and Structured Products.
Knowledge of derivatives, futures, and options.
3 to 5 years of BA working experience, at least 2 years of working experience in a digital stock/crypto exchange, trading/dealing desk.
Either in a fintech or banking environment.
Familiar with the payment services act and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
Have a strong understanding of the day-to-day activities of a trader, and what sort of tools, charts, and information is necessary to allow traders to work effectively.
Strong written and spoken capability in Mandarin/Chinese
Has a software development background.
Experience with the renewable energy domain will be an added advantage.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Comfortable with working in a startup environment.

Sales Development Manager (B2B)

TECHNICAL RECRUITER INTERN

The Senior Claims Manager manages the process of handling claims for both life and non-life products in daily operations.

Responsibility:

Approve claim settlement within designated authority limit.
Process claims for life and non-life products to meet committed TAT with partners.
Provide constant review of our claim assessment guidelines to the team to ensure that it is complied with our client’s claim philosophy and negotiate with insurers to ensure that the guidelines remain competitive.
Provide strategic and expert guidance and consultation to staffs on complex cases
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulations and industry events related to insurance claim
Establish claims procedures against fraud risk and that maintain the confidentiality of claim records.
Provide guidance to the team for overall development.
Review business risk with the claim team.
Work closely with Management team to provide recommendations to improve product and pricing.
Implement AI, OCR and ML for claim STP
Cooperating with IT to build the claim system for automatizing claim process and enhancing claim services via SMS, website and email.
Handling other tasks as requested by the management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law/Economics/Finance/Banking or relevant fields
Degree in Medical University is priority
Certified Claim Assessors, Certified Fraud Examiner
10 years’ experience in Claim/Investigation/compliance/law/legal or relevant fields
Demonstrate strong understanding and strong collaboration with relevant stakeholder
Experience in team and people management reflecting in direction provision, performance management, coaching and career development.
