In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop marketing strategies and tactics (Multi Marketing Channels) to position the company in the market • Media Relations & Public Relations (Advertorial, PR Press release) • Monitor the monthly, quarterly, and annually marketing budget and allocate funds effectively • Overall revenue and EBITDA targets • Must be driven to deliver best-of-class service quality and guest experience to create memorable moments for our guests, on all platforms, through all channels. • Must believe in partnering with internal and external teams to reach our targets. • Must be able to obtain and manage strategic partnerships and alliances. • Must have an independent and entrepreneurial spirit to champion business priorities and company objectives • Digital – growth of the database, members acquisition & database engagement • Build and improve customer relationships, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives • Do the market intelligence, customer insights, data analysis, trending forecast • Working with International Group Singapore team on key channels and new marketing (CRM, SEM, SEO, eDM, Mobile App…) • Managing budgets, optimizing marketing cost on Digital channels; Managing and implementing marketing plans on google, Facebook, ability to setup and run Facebook Ads, etc. • Making report, measuring, and evaluating KPI effectiveness of Digital Marketing channels. • Other tasks as requested by Business Operations Director and General Manager QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar. • A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous. • At least three years' experience as a marketing manager. • Experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, cinema is a plus • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong time management and organizational abilities. • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. • Good communication skills both written and oral, presentation and negotiation skill in Vietnamese and English • The ability to work under pressure • Willingness to travel.

  • Managing business analysis for internal development teams working on exciting projects

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in similar roles.
  • Any additional certification or training in Business Analyst or Product Owner
  • Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable about the software development life cycle (Agile, Scrum)
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in influencing and collaborating with developers, testers, project managers and UX/UI designers
  • Experience in owning product and working cross-functionally with development teams to manage the day to day activities
  • Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user centric mindset or understanding
  • Experience with financial technology is a plus
  • Having knowledge and able to understand technical design and technical details with common technologies (SQL, ASP.NET, MVC, ReactJS...) is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES  Internal policies and procedures monitoring on technical regulations:
  • Screen and update the new technical regulations to senior management and relevant stakeholders
  • Take a gap analysis and action plan as required by new regulations
  • Prepare and monitor the implementation of relevant Internal Policies and Procedures as required by SBV or competent authorities
Support technical Assurance and Audit team in maintaining compliance with Internal Technical Assurance Programs and external regulations:
  • Coordinate external certification and assurance audits
  • Prepare teams for external certification/assurance audits
  • Ensure audit findings are recorded and support implementation or remediation measures
Own internal technical audit roadmap, ensure new capabilities, platform comply with compliance requirements
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to raise awareness of compliance requirements and ensure effectiveness of internal controls and Technical Assurance Programs
  • Plan and conduct internal audits based on annual audit plans.
  • Follow up and report on internal audit findings, support teams in implementing mitigation measures

REQUIREMENTS Must Have
  • At least 6 years of working experience in Banking/Fintech/Finance industry
  • Strong and detailed knowledge of Vietnamese regulatory requirements specifically in regards to banking IT infrastructure, data privacy and other relevant local laws and regulations
  • At least one relevant professional certification including CPA, CISSP, CISA, GIAC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor.
  • A strong technical background with an understanding of product development, SaaS or Cloud environments and platform infrastructure like APIs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Analytical, detail oriented and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Good organizational skills to manage changing priorities and ensure all tasks get addressed and expectations are met
  • Able to work autonomously, both alone and in teams
Nice to Have
  • Hands-on experience with information security and privacy compliance frameworks, controls and best practices either working as an auditor or implementing any of the following: AICPA Trust Services Principles, PCI DSS, NIST 800.53, GDPR, SOX etc.
  • Previously worked in an IT, SaaS or cloud provider as an internal auditor, compliance officer, technical program manager.
  • Experience in performing risk assessment workshops, analyzed those risks, produced a plan to mitigate them and helped deliver those changes.
